Mid Century Home Revival

For this concept renovation, I reimagined a mid-century home for sale in Lake Oswego, honoring its architectural bones while making it feel relevant for today. I digitally restored the painted white brick fireplace back to red brick, reintroduced warmth to the sunken living room, and added concrete flooring at the entry and dining areas to contrast the existing hardwood and reinforce the home’s mid-century rhythm.

The kitchen was fully reworked for better flow and storage, adding both an island and peninsula while updating yellow oak cabinetry to a rich brown oak. White stone countertops and a forest green finger-tile backsplash bring a bold, era-appropriate touch. An awkward flex space became a purposeful dinette, and the home was styled with authentic mid-century pieces to complete the vision.
